Our goal is to help you cross the finish line, your goals determine the plan. If your goal is to finish comfortably we will ensure you have the training plan and coaching to enable that. If your plan is to place in your age group, we can tailor a more rigorous plan to help you accomplish that goal too. Either way we believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work/life/training balance. In other words your training will not include unnecessary hours biking, running, or swimming.
